Kate was born 22 August 1863 in LeGrand, Al. She was the youngest of 10 children. Her family were planters. She married Chestley Elias Reynolds at her residence 15 October, 1895. She had four children with him.

Obituary for Mrs. Kate Reynolds [Kate Noble] Mrs. Kate Reynolds, 73, a native of Montgomery County, died at the residence at Snowdoun Monday after a short illness. Surviving are three sons, J. S., J. E., and Elias Reynolds, all of Montgomery County; three daughters, Mrs. Hokin Murrell, Hope Hull, Mrs. G. B. Suggs, Snowdoun; and Mrs. N. W. Reynolds, city, a sister Mrs. W. H. Sealey, Snowdoun, and a brother, Volney Noble [Jr.], Sellers. Funeral will be held from Diffly’s Funeral Home today at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Memorial Cemetery.
